Has anyone ever felt shaky, nervous stomach, verge of crying for no reason you can explain, and just unable to calm down for whatever reason; when attempting to do something new or just a necessity in life, like going to the doctor, walking down to a new area you haven’t been before, or just meeting new people?
Cause whenever I get these sudden rush of feelings and everything, people I’m with just tell me to “shut up nothings wrong” or are on the verge of yelling at me cause I’m annoying them. But I can’t figure out why it’s happening even if I’m completely calm I just suddenly feel like having

Haven’t been active much. Moved to New York 🗽 and got a part time job. Which has been the worst, no free time and when I am off usually busy and not enough art time. Gonna try to spam soon though so you all can see what ya missed. 😋
